7:30 am - 5:00 pm : Friday

9:00 am - 5:00 pm : Saturday & Sunday           

RPT (AMS Reporting System) - Normal Hours of Availability

7:30 am - 12:00 Midnight : Monday to Saturday

7:30 am - 9:00 pm : Sunday

NOTE: Currently, AMS and RPT are unsupported outside of normal business hours. Any problems that
occur on a weeknight, weekend, or holiday may not be resolved until the next business day.
