AMS & Ushop/EBP and PSP  - Normal Hours of Availability
        

  • 7:30 am - 12:00 Midnight: Monday to Thursday
  • 7:30 am - 5:00 pm : Friday
  • 9:00 am - 5:00 pm : Saturday & Sunday           
  • RPT (AMS Reporting System) - Normal Hours of Availability

  • 7:30 am - 12:00 Midnight : Monday to Saturday
  • 7:30 am - 9:00 pm : Sunday
  • NOTE: Currently, AMS and RPT are unsupported outside of normal business hours. Any problems that
    occur on a weeknight, weekend, or holiday may not be resolved until the next business day.

    May 02, 2012, due to Bi-Weekly Pay for Period 09, 2012.

    From 9:00AM Sunday May 13, 2012 to 07:30AM Monday
    May 14, 2012, due to System maintenance.

    From 6:00PM Tuesday May 15, 2012 to 07:30AM Wednesday
    May 16, 2012, due to Bi-Weekly Pay for Period 10, 2012.

    From 6:00PM Friday May 18, 2012 to 09:00AM Saturday
    May 19, 2012, due to Phase_1 of Monthly Pay for Period 05_2012.

    From 5:00PM Tuesday May 22, 2012 to 07:30AM Wednesday
    May 23, 2012, due to Phase_2 of Monthly Pay for Period 05_2012.
